Stampin' UP has some background stamps starting on page 149 of the BIG catty.  I own quite a few (not this one) but don't use them often enough.

Isn't this card beautiful, wish I knew who to give the credit to.  The colors are magnificent and I think the crafter used VersaMark and pastels to create it.

Check out this cute bird made with punches.  Isn't it the cutest!  I see Bluejays out my windows now preparing for the winter.  Their bellys are chubby just like this one. 

Don't know who created this wonderful card, but I do love it.
